What Do Employees Really Want From Work?
At Inside Out Estela Vasquez-Perez, RBC’s Director of Employment Brand at Employee Experience in the Centre of Expertise, spoke to the importance of growth in employee giving programs and how these programs need to offer learning and development opportunities to employees. Expanding on this, Estela noted that if employees can build better futures for themselves they can deliver better futures for others.
